In addition to the need to install a protective cover,
in order to ensure that the large-span cable tray can exert its maximum effect,
attention also needs to be paid during wiring.
(1) If the installation site is a corrosive or very
humid environment, then corresponding protective measures must be taken
according to the different corrosive media during wiring.
(2) When installing several groups of cable trays at
the same height and leveling them at the same time, the maintenance and
inspection distance between each group of cable trays needs to be considered.
(3) Cables can be laid without spacing on the
large-span cable tray. The filling rate of the cross-section of power cables in
the tray should be less than 40%, and the cross-sectional area of control
cables should be less than half of the cross-sectional area of the tray.
(4) When installing the large-span cable tray, it
cannot be installed above the corrosive gas pipeline and the thermal pipeline,
and the cable tray cannot be directly installed below the corrosive liquid
pipeline. If it is necessary to do so, protective and heat insulation measures
should be taken.
